Where is the Side Airbag Igniter? Is that inside the seat back? Do I have to cut into the seat to check that?ģ. Unbolting the seat made it easier.Start with the top trim and work your way down.undo the bolt that holds the seat belt tensioner.the sensor is behind the tensioner and was in sponges that were soaking wet, needless to say I discarded them. You will have to remove all the trim from top to bottom it only clips on, its a pain at first but easier as you progress, use a wide bladed tool to ease the trim off.
